Due to nature of handmade work, when every item is made to order, I am not able to offer returns. Please note that returns are not accepted. However, I would be happy to resolve an issue with your order. Each situation will be considered individually.
If your order is not as expected, I will offer store credit / replacement / exchange for any other item in from my shop. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please contact me for further instructions within 5 days after the receipt of your package. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.
I strongly recommend ordering beforehand. Please look through my shipping timeframes or contact me to determine estimated arrival of your order.
I am not responsible for any delays of your order if shipped with standard shipping option.
