International Orders


We accept and ship orders worldwide. 

All my items are shipped with a package tracking number using Standard Registered Small Package International or Expedited (Express Mail Intl) postal services. Please see shipping options while checking out. Signature confirmation is added by default to every order. Authorized recipient should be available on delivery.

We use the following methods to deliever your order:
- Standard (small international package, tracking nr may not be trackable in destination country postal websites, delivery estimates are about 2 weeks for Europe, 2-3 weeks for North America, and 3-4 for Asia and Australia)

- Expedited / Express Mail International (expedited service with tracking nr and guaranteed delivery times to some countries, delivery estimates are about 5-7 business days to Europe, 7-8 business days North America, 8-11 Asia and Australia).

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sometimes it may take a little bit longer than expected due to shipping volumes and customs holds.

Undelivered / Lost Packages:
A package is considered lost after 6 weeks of non-delivery and no tracking information. Please contact us to open investigation request which will take 1-2 weeks for final resolution as lost or delivered. If your package is declared lost, the only available option is to send a replacement package / exchange / store credit.

Damaged / Broken Package:
Packages may be damaged during transportation. If this happens with your order, please let us know immidiately.
As a sender, we will initiate a damaged package inquiry through our local post office.
In order to issue a refund for a damaged item(s), we will need the recipient take the package to their local post office and file a damaged claim with the details of damages (how many items were damaged, indicate their cost according to declared goods value stated in the customs forms). Once we receive the claim details, the total value will be reimbursed.

NB We're not responsible for any customs duties and fees, as well as package holds by customs for fee collections and procedures though we're aware of basic EU and US customs regulations so that we fill in the neccessary customs paperwork fully and correctly which prevents our customers from holds and / or fees that may occur.
